Diesel storage is usually an energy supply solution that combines diesel generators with energy storage systems. As a backup power source, diesel generators start to provide electricity when the power grid fails or the power supply is insufficient. Energy storage systems are generally composed of energy storage devices such as batteries, which are used to store excess electrical energy and release it when needed to meet load requirements. This combination can give full play to the flexibility of diesel generators and the energy regulation ability of energy storage systems, and improve the reliability and stability of power supply.
· Charging process: When the grid is powered and the power is sufficient, in addition to meeting the load power demand, the excess power will charge the energy storage system and convert the power into chemical energy and store it. If the grid power is insufficient, the diesel generator starts, in addition to directly supplying power to the load, it will also charge part of the power into the energy storage system.
